New Idea Book Launch

Hello crafters!

I had a very successful new Idea Book launch and open house gathering on Saturday afternoon. Below I have shown you some of the samples of the new products available. There are so many new scrapbook papers now, that I am having a hard time picking a favourite! And of course tons of new stamps to play with!

For a masculine feel, I absolutely love the Timberline papers. they have a camping, outdoors feel to them, without going too overboard. This layout is from the Workshop on the Go (WOTG) scrapbooking kit, and was very easy to put together - just need to get my photos printed :-)
There is also lots of paper left over to make some other projects - another layout and some cards, too.

I love the colours in the Ariana paper packet, very girly but in a more mature way. This is the second layout from the WOTG scrapbooking kit, and again lots of papers left over for other projects.

The Ivy Lane card making WOTG would have to be my favourite of all the WOTG at the moment, just love the stamps in it! The kit has enough materials to make 5 of each of 3 card designs - 15 cards, plus leftover materials to make a couple more.
** This kit is also the ONLY way you can purchase the GOLD shimmer trim, as it is no longer available in the main catalogue!

Now for something completely different, Close to My Heart introduced Base and Bling to Australia with this idea book. Base and Bling is a way of making wearable art - neckaces, hair clips and hair bands, etc. I chose to make the antique silver square pendant with the Crafty Queen insert stickers and charms. These 1" stickers, glass toppers and charms would also be a great addition to your paper crafting!

This little card was the make and take project for the day, using Cricut cuts, the Timberline paper packet (love that wood grain paper!) and the new Believe in Yourself stamp set.

The Stamp of the Month for February is "Wild about Love" really cute with foxes and hearts and love sayings. Have you been bitten by the "what does the fox say?" bug? Our family loves the song and it gets repeated often at my house.

You can get this stamp set for $24 only during the month of February, or with an order of $75 this month you can purchase it for only $5 - what a bargain!

The bottom part of the card is embossed with a dot pattern using the Cuttlebug. Did you know that CTMH now sells embossing folders too? Check them out here!

Also during the month of February only, when you purchase 2 scrapbook cardstock packs - either the mixed colours or the bulk single colour packs here - you get a free embossing folder. So stock up on your card stock for all your projects and also get the embossing folders for FREE!
Don't have an embossing machine? That's OK, these also work with a rolling pin - or you can come over to my place and use mine :-)

The last Friday of every month I host a crop night at my place, where for just $5 you can come and do your own projects and use all of my tools, including the Cricut and Cuttlebug machines. I usually have a little free project for everyone to complete, and supper is provided. Register for the next one through my Facebook page!

You can see the full catalogue and browse the products on my CTMH website.

I hope you have enjoyed this little look at some of the new products, and I have inspired you to get crafty soon!

Yours in craft,
Monika
